Return & Refund Policy
We hope that you love your Terminal Siren jewelry as much as we love having you as a customer. However, if you would like to return your order for any reason, please email us at email@example.com within 30 days of your purchase.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging, and be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and advise you of the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment after it is processed. In the event that your refund is delayed, please first contact your credit card company and/or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Kindly note that the following categories of purchases are not eligible for refund:
- Discounted items
- Customised items
- Purchases beyond 30 days
- Items not in original condition i.e. there has been damage and/or alteration

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item, which are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund should you receive one.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
